FAQ
Frequently asked.
How does data isolation work between customers?
Every customer is a separate tenant. Postgres Row-Level Security policies enforce that no query can return data from another tenant's rows — even with valid credentials, even with application bugs. Read the architecture →
What automated monitoring is included?
Every customer at every tier gets automated workflows scoped to their tenant: data-source monitoring, daily analysis, and customer request handling. Capabilities scale with tier.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
SOC 2 Type II is in active engagement. We're SOC 2 aligned today — controls implemented and documented across CC6, CC7, and CC8. Type I report and Type II evidence are available under NDA.
Can we get a custom contract?
Enterprise customers receive custom MSAs, DPAs, BAAs as needed. We respond to CAIQ, SIG-Lite, and custom questionnaires within five business days.
What about government customers?
We work with state and local government agencies under cooperative purchasing agreements. We are not yet FedRAMP authorized — that's on the 2027 roadmap.
