About this dashboard. The framework is the StrataView Data Center Impact Assessment Framework v3, developed by Dr. Brandy Brown. National baseline indicators are available across the United States. Deep tract-level coverage is currently active in six Michigan counties: Wayne, Washtenaw, Oakland, Livingston, Kalamazoo, and Genesee, spanning 30+ census tracts. Data is updated quarterly. Additional states are in the rollout pipeline.
